- subscribe to our newsletter, invites, and promotions;

Storage period: we will process your personal data during the term of our contract (including two-year warranty period), after which we will erase your personal data. This storage period also applies to unsuccessful purchase for any reasons, i.e. due to lack of funds on your account, should you wish to make the same or a different purchase at a later stage.
We will process your personal information when you sign up for our newsletter, invites, and promotions (direct marketing), in order to provide you with the services requested by you. We use certain factors to ensure that our direct marketing is suitable to you, which means that we will customize the information that you receive from us based on these factors. These factors include identity and contact information, usage of our website and the profile that you provided us with. We use this information for the purpose of enhancing your customer service experience with us.
When you request support or any type of assistance through our website, or one of our other channels, we will process your personal information in order for us to help resolve any issue or query that you may have. This assistance is in line with the performance of our contractual obligations towards you.
Storage period: we will erase your information twelve months after the relevant issue or query has been resolved.
If you initiate a purchase on our website for one of our products and provide us with your contact details, including your email address, but do not complete the final step of the transaction, we will send you an email reminder of the incomplete transaction, in order for us to provide you with the best customer service and remind you of your uncompleted transaction.
Storage period: the personal information provided to us will be erased within one month of the email reminder, unless there is a legal ground for doing so, such as a valid purchase contract. You may always choose to opt-out of this option by contacting email@example.com.
We will process your personal information for the purposes of carrying out risk analysis, fraud prevention and risk management. This is necessary in order for us to detect and prevent any fraudulent behavior, and any associated risks.
Storage period: the personal information used for this purpose will be erased after six months, unless there is a legal ground for doing so. If a purchase has been detected as a fraudulent one, and therefore the transaction has been blocked as a means of fraudulent prevention, we will keep your personal information for one year after the unsuccessful purchase.
In order for us to track your journey and experience on our website, we will analyze your personal information so that we can compile and track data such as: analyzing visitors’ use of our website including page views, traffic flows, search terms and click throughs. We do this to create statistics which will help us improve your experience and journey on our website.
Storage period: to the extent possible, we will anonymize all of your personal information for this purpose. Where this is the case, it will no longer be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws.

For online payments, we use the payment services of 2checkout and PayPal. We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. We will only share the transaction data with our payment services providers for the purposes of processing your payments, refunds of such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

We use pixel tags for various purposes such as counting the number of visitors to our website, how users navigate our website, how many emails that we sent were actually opened or how many articles or links were actually viewed.
