We offer free global shipping and delivery on all orders straight to your doorstep! 

After successfully placing your order, our warehouse will be at full swing to process it the following business day, and to deliver it within 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking information and the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and VAT, which are levied by your local and national authorities once the package reaches your country. Lagado cannot be held responsible for any duties or VAT which will be applied to your package by your local and/or national customs and taxation authorities. However, in order for us to provide you with the best level of customer service, we will process your orders on a Duties Delivered Paid basis (DDP) when appropriate as this service may be restricted in some countries.  This means that the VAT and duties levied by your local and/or national authorities, i.e. the country of the address of delivery, will be clearly calculated, marked and collected by us upon check-out. Our shipping partner will then manage the process of clearance, and pay the VAT and duties on your behalf, and deliver the package straight to your doorstep.
